Enfo Managed Services ISO 9001 certified for Quality Management System

Enfo Managed Services Sweden and Finland have been audited by Inspecta. As a result we have achieved the Nordic level certificate of ISO 9001 for our Quality Management System!

The scope of the certificate is Service Desk functions in Kuopio and Karlskrona covering also related functions such as Sales, Transition projects, Customer Experience Management and Service Development.

Audit report stated no deviations. We received positive feedback regarding:

  • Mature process approach in Sales, Transition and SD operations
  • Risk management approach well used in different functions such as Sales and Transition projects
  • Good commitment to develop and implement quality in SD operations
  • Overall Customer centricity at high level
  • Continuous competence development existing
  • Continually improved processes, procedures and documents were evidenced
  • Good transparent process measurements in place and on time information available
  • Good examples of learning organization exists (this refers to feedback handling, calling back and reacting also on low level feedback)
