The procurement process was managed by Västra Götaland County Administrative Board, which is the host county administrative board for IT operations for all county administrative boards in Sweden. The service portal will primarily be used for several thousand employees. The expected outcome is a rationalisation of the ordering process with a better overview of IT services available, better customer satisfaction, lower costs and a workflow that is automated to a greater extent.
The winner of the procurement process was the ZervicePoint self-service portal, and the overall assessment was that the portal is a modern system that can be adapted in endless ways with a high degree of user-friendliness. When fully extended, the system will be able to serve around 6,500 users. Automated ordering will take place through system integration via Agresso, the Microsoft System Center family, Active Directory and in future also Visma Proceedo.
The agreement has been signed for three years, with an option to extend and with a time bank in order to customise and adapt the services in the field of self service.

The County Administrative Board has procured ZervicePoint through the framework agreement entitled “E-förvaltningsstödjande tjänster 2010” (E-administration support services 2010), to which Cybercom Group AB (publ.) is a contract party and offers Enfo’s products.
