Enfo has acquired the Swedish company Next Improvement as a part of the Group's aim to become the strongest player in the Nordic market within the Service and Asset Management area. Next Improvement operates as a turnkey supplier for companies which aim to streamline, reduce costs and quality assure their operations. The customers are primarily within the Nordic industrial sector and include both small companies and large groups.

“Next Improvement is a distinguished player as they possess in-depth operational knowledge within the domain. Expertise which we can see is highly demanded in the market and which supplements our current expertise base,” says Henrik Nyström, Senior Vice President, Service and Asset Management, Enfo.

Next Improvement's product portfolio with the maintenance system Rejus and other supplementary partner solutions for production strengthens and supplements Enfo's existing product offering.

“Our concept All the way to value™ has helped many companies to develop their operations by using system support and operational processes in harmony. We have witnessed the fastest growth mainly within the operational areas. Here Next Improvement will become a natural building block on our path to become the Nordic market leader within service and asset management,” continues Henrik Nyström.

“Our focus on Next Improvement has always been to provide customer value through clear results. The merger will strengthen our overall offering to attain higher targets and results. With Enfo we are strengthening the development of system support to meet future requirements of system solutions,” says Håkan Östholm, CEO of Next Improvement.

Next Improvement works towards ensuring that customers attain profitable and efficient processes. This is attained when the organisation, processes and support systems collaborate in the daily work. The company's consultants possess solid practical experience and vast knowledge of the relevant areas.

The customer base is in Sweden and parts of Europe. Offices are located in Skövde and Västerås and will become Enfo's offices as of January.
