The share issue of Enfo Oyj (the ”Company”), in which the Company offered a maximum of 59 928 new shares, expired with respect to the primary subscription on Friday 18 November 2016 at 8:00 pm Finnish time. A total of 57501 new shares were subscribed in the primary subscription.

The shares not subscribed for in the primary subscription were subscribed on 22 November 2016 by Osuuskunta KPY in a secondary subscription.

The Board of the Company has on 22 November 2016 decided to approve both the primary and secondary subscriptions. The new shares will be submitted to the Trade Register for registration and to be registered in the Company’s shareholder register without undue delay.

The subscription price was EUR 83.44 per share, and the Company acquired approximately EUR 5 000 000 from the issue. As a consequence of the share issue the total number of the Company’s shares will increase to 660 761. The new shares will entitle their holders to shareholders’ rights when they have been registered in the Trade Register and in the Company’s shareholder register, on or about 25 November 2016.

The shares subscribed for in the primary subscription have been recorded on the subscribers’ book-entry accounts as interim shares (ISIN Code FI4000224050). The interim shares will be combined with the existing shares of the Company (ISIN Code FI0009015093) on or about 25 November 2016.
