HENRIK NORELL APPOINTED ENFO'S SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

Henrik Norell (born 1972) has been appointed Enfo’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and member of the Executive Management Team. He will be based in Stockholm.

Norell will report to Enfo’s CEO Arto Herranen. Norell has been Enfo’s acting SVP, HR, since January 2017. He has accumulated a wide range of HR competences in his previous positions at CBRE Sweden and NASDAQ OMX.

“I believe HR has an important role to play in building a value-based leadership, which will support and unlock the full potential in each individual. We need to offer continuous challenges and development opportunities to maintain our strong brand for present and future employees,” says Henrik Norell.

“Business-driven HR is an important success factor for a competence-based company like Enfo. Henrik has an excellent track record in similar positions on a Nordic level and I’m really happy to have him on board,” states Herranen.

The present SVP, HR, Malin Ung, will leave the company in June 2017. Ung has worked for Enfo since 2014.
