Anna Bergendal is responsible for the Data and Analytics (DnA) business unit in Sweden. She is a self-proclaimed customer-oriented analytics geek, who believes in team deliveries. With an IT background, she has always been interested in business.
At Enfo, Anna Bergendal's role largely consists of getting an overall picture of operations and reviewing which expertise is best suited for an upcoming project.
Seeing other people grow in their roles is something that drives Anna. She is happy to see others take initiative and manage tasks they did not initially think were possible. In addition, she loves customer contact. She believes that a successful customer relationship consists of being able to have a close and honest relationship with the customer, where she carefully listens to their needs and facilitates their decisions-making process with her knowledge.
Making decisions based on data rather than guesses
Anna and her team are driven by supporting data-driven organizations to take the full advantages of their digital possibilities and make decisions built on data. Today, companies are creating more data than ever before.
Anna believes that there is a lot to be learned from almost all data we collect, whether concerning trends, insights into customer behavior or business productivity and inefficiency. To be successful and relevant also in the future, companies will need to stop making guesses and instead make decisions based on evidence and data.
Anna thrives in a teamwork setting, and she constantly makes sure that there is no "one man show" when Enfo’s experts manage customer projects alone. Instead, the key is to learn from each other’s different skills in order to achieve the best results.
