Do you have previous experience of being responsible for deliveries to customers regarding IT services and loves team leading? Are you at the same time searching for a new challenge?

We are now looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team and work towards one of the best, most developing and interesting customers in the business! This is also one of the top 5 most important customers for Enfo as a whole. Our team’s main purpose is to deliver a broad variety of top-level services towards our customers. We are thriving in the areas of IT Service Management and as our new Delivery Manager you will be responsible for delivering key areas which includes IT infrastructure, Workplace, Business Analysis, IT Integration, Security and Network.

 

A link between the customer and delivery

As a Delivery Manger you will be the link between the customer and the delivery team. You will have the coordinating responsibility and oversight of our delivery team and make sure they deliver in the best interest of our customer. It is your responsibility that the team deliver with quality on time and follow our processes and routines according to agreed levels.

A central part of the role is having a close collaboration with our IT delivery teams within the entire sphere of Enfo and follow-up meetings of agreed deliveries. You will also be responsible for planning and follow up planned changes in your delivery and team and making sure that the team meets the technical requirements necessary to ensure the success of the customer.

Alongside with the above, you will be one of the key persons in this delivery and thereby “a keeper and developer” of the customer centric culture and team spirit.

 

Your daily work tasks:

  • Close contact and collaboration with the customer
  • Coordination of the delivery teams and making sure that they thrive on a daily basis, regardless of location
  • Demand management
  • Metrics and reporting
  • Collaboration with other supplier’s delivery teams towards the customer
  • Leading necessary task forces, when occurring

To succeed in this role we think it´s important that you are team oriented, proactive and not afraid of facing new challenges. As you on a daily basis communicate with both customers and the delivery teams you must have very good communicational skills. For the same reason you should also find it easy to build and retain relationships with both the Customer and members of the teams. Since a part of the delivery team consists of people from a variety of countries you should also be good at communicate in English. You should have confidence and feel comfortable in your role as a manager but at the same time also have the ability to be responsive and being able to plan ahead in order to avoid obstacles of various kinds. The role also encompasses a fairly high degree of technical know-how within the areas described above and since the technical development is increasing by the day, a sincere interest in relevant technology areas is key for this role to be successful.
 

Requirements for the role:

  • Relevant IT background
  • Has previously worked as a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager etc.
  • Experience of leading and direct teams
  • Experience of working with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Good skills within ITIL, with a practical approach
  • Speaking and writing English fluently
