Some time ago we started building our Talent Acquisition function to secure future experts and leaders for driving Enfo’s growth. We have come a long way but are still in the beginning of our journey and have some exciting work ahead of us. Therefore, we are looking for a new member, who has a passion for IT, to join our team.

About the role
In your position you will be actively working with creating a world class candidate experience. An important part of the job will be to find potential candidates and maintaining the contact with them. You will work with several parts of the recruitment process from selection, screening, taking references to handling tasks in our ATS. In the future you will also be able to attend requirement meetings, write and publish job ads and conduct interviews. You will also act as an Enfo ambassador and attend student fairs and other events. Moreover, you will participate and contribute to the continuous development of Talent Acquisition work.
In this position you will be a part of our Nordic Talent team belonging to Enfo’s People and Culture department. The position is available in any of our offices in Sweden. At Enfo, we encouraged you to work remotely to enable a work life balance that suits you.
To be successful in this position we believe you have:
a relevant educational background
experience in recruitment
fluency in Swedish and English
We’d love if you would have some of these:
experience from IT/tech field or similar kind of heated job market
prior sourcing experience
