Changes in Enfo group’s organization

Nordic IT service company Enfo has made managerial appointments that will enter into force on 1 January 2015.

Osmo Wilska, head of Enfo’s IT Outsourcing Services, will be transferred to the Financial Process Services business area as the head of outsourcing services in financial administration. Outsourcing services related to improving the efficiency of financial processes produce intelligent real-time information to support decision-making processes, and free time and resources for the actual management of business operations. The recruitment process to recruit Wilska’s successor has been initiated. In addition to his own tasks, CEO Arto Herranen will be responsible for Enfo’s IT Outsourcing Services until the appointment of a new head.

Matti Seppänen, VP, Sales, of Finnish IT Outsourcing Services, will be transferred to the Stockholm office where he will be responsible for the Swedish IT Services and Outsourcing business. Currently, Nina Annila, SVP, Application Services, is responsible for sales and account management in Finland in addition to her own tasks.

CFO Tero Kosunen has been appointed SVP, Business Development. The job description is new at Enfo, and its purpose is to support the Group’s growth and offer support in completing challenging Group-level development projects. Tero Kosunen will continue as CFO in addition to his new responsibilities until a new CFO is appointed.
