Enfo divests Zervicepoint to FoF family office
Enfo has on March 31 sold its Swedish Zervicepoint business to FoF family office.
“Zervicepoint automates business processes with the help of self-service and provides its own self-service portal. Enfo is a service and solution company. On the other hand, Zervicepoint is a software product provider, demanding an environment with focus on product marketing and sales. Thus, the divestment is a natural step in executing our strategy and provides Zervicepoint new opportunities for growth. I am happy our experts will get a new good owner with the FoF Group,” says Enfo’s CEO Seppo Kuula.
FoF is a family office with personal management for individuals, families and companies within the business areas sports, wealth and health.
“From an idea of automating advisers’ business processes and a joint project within Fin-Tech that started in the fall of 2019, the acquisition of Zervicepoint will be a natural next step in being able to build, develop and offer modern business support in several different areas. FoF’s role will be to support Team Zervicepoint for the development of existing business, find new areas within automation, marketing, sales and add expertise to the consulting industry to meet the increasing demand of custom IT tools,” comments Johan Berggren, CEO, FoF Group.
The parties have agreed that the transaction price will not be disclosed. Zervicepoint employs nine persons.
